This Shipping & Delivery policy describes how your orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you place a purchase at Lauravie.com (the “Site”).

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Orders will be processed within 5 business days from the order date, and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If your order includes a pre-sale item, please note that the processing and shipping timelines differ from regular orders. Pre-sale items require additional time for production and preparation before shipping. Estimated delivery timelines for pre-sale items will be communicated on the product page and via e-mail updates.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 5 business days to process. After that, it will take 5-8 business days for delivery in the United States, and 8-11 business days for international orders (depending on location).

If your order includes a pre-sale item, this timeline will differ—please allow for 1-2 months from the time of ordering for your item to arrive.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. This means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once your order arrives.

 Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
