This refund & return policy describes how your orders can be returned or refunded when you purchase from Lauravie.com (the “Site”).
How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from Lauravie will be accepted for return. Items purchased via third-party retailers must be returned to the retailer.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. They must be unused and in the same condition as originally sent. Items showing stains, broken seals, missing plastic foils/packaging, or signs of use may not qualify.
Non-returnable items include personalized items, items purchased from third-party retailers, and items damaged due to customer mishandling. LauraVie reserves the right to refuse any return.
What if the item I received is defective / incorrect / damaged?
If you received a faulty product, the incorrect item, or an item that is damaged, please contact our Customer Support (via the “Contact Us” page) and include:
Your order number
Proof of purchase
Photos or video of the defective or incorrect product (if applicable)
Your full delivery address
Contact phone number
We may require video or photo evidence in order to proceed with a replacement or refund.
How long is the return process?
Processing of returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will email you once the return has been processed.
For returned items:
If the product is defective (and approved), you will receive a full refund.
For non-defective returns, the refund will exclude any shipping or handling fees.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank. It may take some time for the credit to appear.
If you have not received the credit yet, please contact the bank/issuing institution.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and the changes you would like to make. Please note that once an order has already been packed or shipped, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
